1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the /us section of intuitionconsulting.net (the "Site") and any related resources, guides, or diagnostic tools made available by Intuition Consulting ("Intuition Consulting", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of services and scope
Intuition Consulting provides boutique M&A advisory and independent business valuation services from its Houston office at 5718 Westheimer Rd, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77057.
Content on the Site is intended for business owners, executives, and finance professionals. It is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a client engagement. A formal engagement letter is required before any advisory or valuation service is rendered.
3. No investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. Intuition Consulting is not a registered broker-dealer, is not a FINRA member, and is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state equivalent.
M&A advisory activities are performed within the intermediary exemptions available to qualifying M&A brokers under applicable federal and state law. Where a transaction requires services outside our scope, we work alongside licensed securities professionals engaged by the client.
You should consult qualified legal, tax, and accounting advisors before acting on any information obtained from the Site.
4. No offer, no solicitation
The Site does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or other financial instrument. Case studies and outcomes described on the Site are anonymized illustrations of prior engagements and are not indicative of future results.
5. Diagnostic tool and downloadable resources
The readiness diagnostic and downloadable guides are educational tools. Scores, tier recommendations, and content are directional and do not replace a professional valuation, quality of earnings analysis, or transaction advisory engagement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, and downloadable materials, is the property of Intuition Consulting or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and download materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any redistribution, republication, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuition Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuition Consulting and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intuition Consulting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Confidentiality of communications
Unsolicited communications through the Site or via email do not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information until an engagement letter has been executed.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
