Summer 2026 Analyst Internship — M&A and Valuation
A ten-week summer internship for undergraduate and MBA students in finance, accounting, or economics. Work directly with senior partners on live M&A advisory and business valuation engagements.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models — DCF, precedent transaction, and comparable company analyses
- Draft sections of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) and management presentations
- Support diligence workstreams: financial normalizations, market research, buyer screening
- Contribute to business valuation reports under partner supervision
- Prepare industry landscape studies and buyer/target maps for active mandates
What we look for
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or MBA program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical foundation; comfortable with financial statements and Excel modeling
- Executive-quality written English; PowerPoint fluency
- Discretion and professionalism — you will work on confidential live transactions
- U.S. work authorization for the duration of the internship
