Intuition Consulting ("Intuition Consulting", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at intuitionconsulting.net and provides boutique M&A advisory and independent business valuation services to U.S. clients from its Houston office located at 5718 Westheimer Rd, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77057.

This Privacy Policy applies to the /us section of the website and to information collected from users based in the United States. For our Portuguese operations, please refer to the Portuguese Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, company, role, phone (if voluntarily shared), and any content included in messages you send us — for example when you email contact@intuitionconsulting.net, request the Valuation Readiness Guide, complete the readiness diagnostic, or apply for a role.

Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, timestamps) and limited cookies strictly necessary to operate the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

Information you generate on the diagnostic: your answers to the self-assessment remain on your device (local browser storage) unless you choose to email the results to us.

3. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and provide the advisory or valuation services you request.

To deliver resources you request, such as the Valuation Readiness Guide.

To evaluate applications for open positions.

To operate, secure, and improve the website.

To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
